Its faintly mineral, smoky bouquet of green apples, yellow peach and dried flowers reveals meaty, brioche-like nuances and a faint creaminess. Restrained and refined, with a fine, crackly bead, its core of apple, lemon and grapefruit flavour extends with translucent purity towards a finish of brittleness and crunchiness, building intensity and expression along the way.
